GeoPassage developed the contextual merchandising technology and travel service infrastructure (now utilized by Wayfare) for use in a commercial travel offering launched in March 2000. In March 2002, Wayfare spun out the GeoPassage tour business to focus exclusively on private-labeled travel merchandising solutions for Wayfare's media and entertainment client-partners.
