Booking A Tour With Wayfare Is Fast, Safe & Easy:

3. Reserve Your Tour With A $500 Deposit Per Person, paid by credit card or check.
4. A Travel Consultant Will Call & Confirm Your Itinerary.
5. Submit The Balance Of Your Tour 65 Days Prior To Departure, paid by credit card or check.
6. Wayfare Mails You Detailed Travel Documents.

For single travelers, a single supplement is automatically added to the price of the tour. In many cases, triple occupancy is also available. Check for triple occupancy rates at the time of booking with you're A&E Travel customer service representatives.
Q. How do I select a Destination-Based Tour?
A. To select a destination-based tour, pick a destination from the Destination drop-down menu available on the site. Upon picking this destination, a variety of tours are presented to you. You can browse the tours, check dates and prices, and select the tour of your choice.
Q. How do I select a Theme-Based Tour?
A. To select a theme-based tour, pick a topic from the Theme drop-down menu available on the site. Upon picking a topic, a variety of tours in that category are presented to you. You can browse the tours, check dates and prices, and select the tour of your choice.
Q. How do I create a custom itinerary?
A. There are many convenient and powerful ways for you to create a custom tour for yourself. If you are not an expert in the country you want to create a tour in, and want the Wayfare system to do all the work for you, click on 'Customized Tour' and our one of a kind Booking Wizard will ask you a few questions focused on your interests and travel needs. These answers paired with your initial interest profile, provide the basis for your custom vacation which will be created automatically in seconds! From there you can further customize your tour by adding/deleting/changing hotels, day tours, attractions and cities.
Not exactly sure what you want to see? Wayfare has an extensive database, including pictures, of cities, hotels, day tours and attractions for you to explore to learn more about your destination. No need to buy expensive guide books, the information is right there to help you create the perfect custom vacation you want. Don't forget, travel representatives are available to help you.
Q. Will Wayfare help me with my international air arrangements if they are not include in my tour?
A. Some tours include international airfare and some do not. If you created a custom tour from scratch, it will not include international airfare. Wayfare can assist in arranging air travel from your departure city as part of your tour package. On the booking page check the field for international airfare, fill in your flight preferences and our travel experts will work to arrange your international air travel. Our special, consolidated deals often beat internet special deals! If you already have your international tickets, or airline miles, provide that information on the booking page and we will work carefully to arrange arrival and departure arrangements with your tickets.
Q. What if I want to go somewhere that is not currently listed as a city or attraction? Or a hotel I would like to stay in that is not on your website?
A. Unlike other travel companies, we include almost any unique request you may have for your travel experience! Please create your tour with the exception of the unlisted city or attraction, and note in the special requests section any particulars on the unlisted item. We will get back to you with arrangements including the unlisted item via email. We are always interested in expanding our information base to provide the most comprehensive destination expertise and service to our clients! Almost anything is possible at Wayfare!
Q. What if I don't want any tour or transfers, and am only interested in hotel and transportation?
A. Tell us what your specific needs are via email, and we will do our best to accommodate you!
Wayfare is a full-service travel company, dedicated to delivering total travel experiences. Typically, we do not arrange just small components of tours, however, Wayfare specializes in customization. Email a representative with your unique requests and you will get a prompt response.
Q. What kind of lodging can I expect?
A. Wayfare offers a wide range of luxury and value hotels for you to choose from. We recommend select hotels based on standards, amenities and ambience. For example, in some cities in India, you will stay at hotels that are erstwhile palaces of Maharajas. They re-create the atmosphere of yesterday by their opulence and ambiance that heighten what is meant to be a royal experience. In Africa, you will stay at game lodges, smaller hotel and tented camps, which will be provided with all necessary amenities. All taxes and services charges levied by the hotel are included in your tour cost.
Q. How many meals will be provided with this tour?
A. Most of our tours feature a daily sumptuous breakfast as part of your tour package. Additional meals, refreshments and tea included will be noted on your detailed itinerary and in hotel descriptions. We also will offer you suggestions on fantastic restaurants in various cities that feature delicious foods to top off your gastronomic journey!
Q. How can I create a Tour from my selected Cities and Attractions?
A. Use our city and attraction guides to help plan your itinerary. As you discover attractions you wish to include in your itinerary simply add them to the suitcase in your travel planner. Wayfare will automatically build you a customized itinerary from the information.
Q. How can I create a Tour from my Interest Profile?
A. Wayfare will ask you a few questions which focus on your interests and travel needs. Our Booking Wizard will then create and customize an itinerary based on your travel profile.
Q. How can I create a Tour Day by Day?
A. Create your itinerary one day at a time. Pick your cities, hotels, and attractions to create a personalized itinerary. Wayfare will build a customized tour for you based on your information.
