The survey results clearly point to high levels of trust and loyalty in established travel brands such as Collette Vacations, and a very strong interest in recommendation tools serving up professional travel advice on the best getaways and vacation products for each customer.

The results confirmed that Collette web customers greatly value Collette's products and services- a fact supported by an unprecedented survey response rate of over 20 percent, as well as the strong interest in both escorted and independent tours shared by 84 percent of respondents. Further, over 70 percent of Collette web customers were either satisfied or very satisfied with the information and services provided on ColletteVacations.com.

As the survey results indicate, an overwhelming majority of online vacation package buyers (over 70 percent of the respondents) view personalized destination and product content and advice as very valuable. Over 75 percent share high levels of interest in personal tour recommendations, while over 85 percent demand personalized emails, tailored to their individual needs and travel preferences. Moreover, over 80 percent of customers firmly support the idea of receiving tailored vacation information and specials, which are constructed to uniquely fit their lifestyle.
